Studio Manager for Interior Design Firm

The most important tool we have to realize and deliver great work is our team. To this end we have worked to create an open, collaborative workspace filled with incredibly talented individuals. The primary role of the Studio Manager is to provide support the Principals and studio. They will also work directly with the Principals to manage the marketing including developing and maintaining the Studio Portfolio as well as social media platforms, primarily Instagram. Responsibilities: · Manage Principal’s schedule including appointments, client meetings, scheduling meetings within the office · Update and manage Studio Portfolio including RFP proposals · Content management and implementation for social media platforms · Coordinate project documentation by booking photography and stylists; coordination with project managers · Proactively coordinate team members and clients for meetings, tasks, and deadlines · Enter Principal’s time in studio · Office Management - purchasing all office and kitchen supplies; general office organization and maintenance · Manage studio's time entry; review weekly reports with/for Principal · Minor accounting duties · Book travel and create travel itineraries · Working cross- functionally to maintain studio’s calendar with upcoming events, presentations, installations, and holidays.
