SY 25-26 Graphic Designer

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Executive Director of Communications, the Graphic Designer will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in graphic design software. Experience, Skill, and Certification: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop required • Strong digital design and communication skills • Knowledge of art direction principles • Ability to communicate effectively • Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and presentation skills. A responsibility is considered to be "non-essential" (for the purposes of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act) if: • it is shared between multiple incumbents in the job; or • it could be performed by an employee in another job within the workgroup. There will be prolonged periods of standing or walking, and there may be frequent bending, stooping, or stretching. [ X] Occasional heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds.
