REPORTS TO: Executive Director, Communications SALARY SCHEDULE: 106 WORK DAYS: 250 REQUIREMENTS: Education Level: Bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design, advertising design, communication design, commercial art, graphic arts, or visual communication, from an accredited institution Preferred:3-5 years experience Experience, Skill, and Certification: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop required Strong digital design and communication skills Knowledge of art direction principles Ability to communicate effectively Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
