ABOUT SYNERGISTIC Synergistic is a hyperconnected marketing agency that brings media, creative, and development together into one integrated system. We solve the disconnects that slow brands down by aligning strategy and execution across disciplines. This is a hands-on design role for someone who is comfortable moving between concepting and execution, brand and production, consumer and B2B. CHARACTER QUALIFICATIONS This role is a strong fit for a well-rounded designer who values ownership and range. Brand & advertising design: Create visual assets for ad campaigns, brand systems, and marketing initiatives across digital and print Production design: Execute high-volume, detail-driven production work while maintaining brand consistency Print & digital deliverables: Design assets including paid media, websites, landing pages, emails, sales materials, and presentations Consumer & B2B work: Adapt creative approaches based on audience, channel, and business context UX collaboration: Support UX-informed design for websites and digital experiences, partnering with developers and UX leads Packaging support: Contribute to packaging design and production, including layout, revisions, and print-ready files Animation support: Design assets for motion and light animation; animation experience is a strong plus Cross-team collaboration: Partner closely with creative leadership, account teams, media, and development File prep & handoff: Ensure designs are production-ready with proper specs, versioning, and organization EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS This role requires a strong design foundation with broad, real-world application.
