Custom t-shirt company in Downtown St. Petersburg is seeking a full-time Customer-Facing Graphic Designer for a 40-hour-per-week position.
This role is ideal for someone with graphic design skills who is also comfortable working directly with customers in person, over the phone, and by email. The right candidate should be friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with customers while helping bring their design ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with custom apparel ordersPreparing and adjusting artworkCommunicating design optionsSupporting the retail/sales process from concept through productionHelping with the printing of t-shirts.
Strong computer skills are required. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is required. A background in graphic design, custom apparel, print production, or retail sales is preferred.
