Tactile Graphics Artist A highly skilled Tactile Graphics Artist is sought by Virtual Vocations Inc. Key Responsibilities: • Create and remediate tactile graphics following best practices and guidelines • Upload and maintain tactile graphics in the Tactile Graphic Image Library (TGIL) • Evaluate existing graphics for potential enhancement and manage the TGIL graphics request workflow Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field with graphic design experience • Minimum of five years of experience creating tactile graphics for individuals who are blind or low vision • Demonstrated understanding of visual perception differences, specifically regarding tactual representation on braille embossers < li > Proficiency in graphic software including CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite required. Excellent problem-solving skills. < / ul >
