Tactile Graphics Artist Job Description Key Responsibilities: • Create and remediate tactile graphics following best practices and guidelines. • Upload and maintain tactile graphics in the Tactile Graphic Image Library (TGIL). • Evaluate existing graphics for potential enhancement and manage the TGIL graphics request workflow. • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field with graphic design experience. • Minimum of five years of experience creating tactile graphics for individuals who are blind or low vision .Demonstrated understanding of visual and tactual perception differences.< / L i > Proficiency in graphic design software such as CorelDRAWand Adobe Illustrator.< / L i >.< LI>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently o r collaboratively within teams.
