Founded in 2021 by Josh Leyva and Tyler McCann, the brand continues to scale rapidly across e-commerce and retail channels.Role Overview :Taste Salud is seeking a highly detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role requires precision, creativity, and a strong grasp of file setup for production.Who You Are :You are meticulous when it comes to details. You understand the unique challenges of CPG design and know how to navigate dielines, packaging specs, and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities :Design packaging, print materials, and digital assets across multiple product linesFinalize dielines and production-ready files with 100% accuracyCollaborate with the design and marketing teams to translate brand strategy into visual solutionsCreate conversion-focused ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other social media platformsWork closely with vendors, printers, and supply chain to ensure smooth file delivery and executionMaintain organization of design files, assets, and progress within project management toolsRequirements :1 to 3 years of professional design experience, ideally in CPGStrong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopExperience preparing files for packaging, especially in the supplements or beverage spaceExceptional attention to detail and commitment to qualityBasic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchyExcellent communication and time management skillsBonus Points :Experience with Amazon asset creation or e-commerce packaging designFamiliarity with Monday.com or similar project management platformsAbility to contribute to both creative concepting and executionThis is a fully remote position.
