This role is perfect for individuals with a keen eye for design, strong typography and layout skills, and outstanding organizational abilities. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to bring goop’s aesthetic to life while supporting the company’s overarching goals.Responsibilities include:Design beautiful digital and print assets that support the strategic goals of the goop brand and tie together the goop experience across all channels.Iterate rapidly and apply a consistent design approach to a wide range of content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and website assets.Assist in creating visually compelling email templates, presentations, and product packaging designs.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.Stay updated on design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.3-5+ years of design experience with a background in beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, and/or online media.A strong portfolio showcasing a clean, consistent aesthetic across a range of design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.Outstanding organizational, project management, and file-organization skills.Equally comfortable working collaboratively and independently as needed.Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to collaborate intensively and extensively with colleagues.Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 + Equity.
