Teaching at Village Home means teaching in a classroom that is: \\--- grade-free, test free \\--- choice-based (learners sign up for the classes they want to take) \\--- average class size of 10 \\--- mixed-age groups \\--- hands-on, experiential, active learning focus \\--- embraces the fun and joy of learning Teaching experience is strongly preferred. Compensation for Rivers Day Program is $19,000/year for approximately 66 days of instruction/year.
