Education And Experience Requirements Associate's Degree or equivalent technical certificate in drafting, design, engineering, manufacturing technology required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Applies diversified knowledge and experience of engineering principles in specific technical areas of assignments and related fields . Ability to lead the activities of a group of Technical Designers and serve as the technical Point of Contact for the output of the group . Requires the use of advanced techniques and practices of the specified field, related sciences and disciplines.
