Technical Designer

As part of the HiEnd Accents team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products for our portfolio of brands—including HiEnd Accents, Paseo Road, Indigo Hill, and Saturday Linens—ensuring every detail meets our high standards. Technical Designer Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field; 4 years of experience in a technical designer role can substitute for degree • 2+ years of experience in technical design for textiles • Strong technical knowledge of textiles, fabrications, weaves, printing techniques, and manufacturing processes • Familiarity with all stages of product development and product lifecycle • Previous experience developing products with overseas factories • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines • Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player • Keen sense of style, color, and design trends Recently recognized on the 2024 INC 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the US, we continue to innovate and expand our reach in the home textiles market.
