Technical Product Specialist, Field Service

Job Summary: · Deliver, Install, Support and Service repairs onsite for specialty graphic print production equipment and software with paid expertise training by GTS and our vendors. After training responsibilities will include onsite service and telephone troubleshooting with internal tech team, clients and our vendor support channels. Responsibilities will Include: · Become proficient in service and equipment provided by GTS · Services and troubleshoots existing products on service calls. · Provide ongoing after sales support and preventive maintenance of client specialty printers, vinyl cutters, and software · Train clients at installation and some after installation support and follow up · Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and customer concerns · Verify and record all warranty activity, incoming and outgoing shipments. and prepare shipments of customer orders and vendor returns.
