Job Purpose: Technical Production Leads (TPLs) are responsible for growing our business through the following critical activities: project analysis, translation kit preparation, software and eLearning localization, providing project technical support during quality assurance phases, training and mentoring junior staff and assisting the VP in finding solutions to issues. Job Functions: 1\\. Follow processes to perform and review localization tasks for projects 2\\. Preparation of localization kits including all source files and various formats 3\\. Ensure proper version control of source and compiled builds/final exports which can include text, graphics, audio, video, and other localization assets 5\\.
