All Pro Solutions, Inc., a leading manufacturer and innovator of CD/DVD/BD Duplicators and Publishing Systems, located in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a Technician to provide our customers with support, by phone or email, on our CD/DVD/BD Duplication and printing equipment Requirements: - intermediate technical ability to troubleshoot PCs - basic knowledge of network - complete knowledge of all Windows and MAC Operating systems - Associates Degree in Information Technology - familiar with CD and DVD burning technology - must be able to use test equipment and terminal emulation software - basic knowledge of electronics - basic graphic design knowledge, mastering and authoring
