In this hybrid role, the Associate Graphic Designer bridges the physical and digital worlds, designing high-impact visual assets for both print collateral and digital channels. Execute production-ready marketing assets across digital, print, email, social and retail channels, working within established campaign frameworks and designer templates.Adapt layouts for multiple formats and placements with speed, accuracy and adherence to brand standards.Demonstrate a solid understanding of typography, photography and graphic design to ensure all assets meet high quality, consistency, and accuracy requirements.Own the presentation of assigned projects to cross-functional teams to gather feedback and secure final approvals.Produce final files for release across both digital and print.Assist designers on set for in-house photoshoots and TikTok Lives.Develop strong partnerships with Brand Management, Marketing, Program Management, Retail Sales and E-Commerce teams.Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries in shared systems.Manage multiple asset requests simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, communicating proactively about timelines and collaborating closely with Project Management to flag blockers.
