Temporary Graphic Design & Communications Specialist

This position is responsible for graphic design, social media management, content creation, analytics tracking, website updates, and supporting outreach and community engagement initiatives. § Develop compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Two to three year experience in communications, graphic design, social media management or related work Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office required Experience managing social media platforms preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of website management and WordPress preferred Knowledge and understanding of analytic data Excellent attention to detail Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills Problem-solving and creative thinking skills Proven time management and prioritization abilities Experience in digital and print design Ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals of varying backgrounds and skill levels to achieve goals Ability to follow-through on commitments and meet deadlines Must have a positive attitude and an example to others in the areas of problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal relationships, support of management decisions and commitment to ELC’s mission Our mission is to provide leadership and advocacy to build a community where all children are prepared for success in school.
