Textile Graphic Artist

What You'll Do
Develop textile prints, embroideries, and graphics across our brand portfolio
Collaborate with the Art Room Manager and Design Team to maintain elevated creative standards and ensure brand consistency
Follow project timelines and contribute to cross-functional workflows to meet critical deadlines
Support color development and rendering with precision and attention to detail
Apply knowledge of print repeats, color separation, and print techniques, including screen, rotary, digital, and emerging technologies
Bring hand-drawing and painting skills into the process, translating original artwork into polished digital outcomes
Use AI tools to support early-stage ideation and moodboarding, in line with team workflows
Partner with Design Teams on special projects and creative initiatives
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in graphic art within apparel
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Solid color theory knowledge and understanding of technical print processes
Knowledge of specialty graphic and embroidery techniques
Familiarity with AVA and NedGraphics
An elevated eye for graphics, print, and color, with the ability to push creative quality while maintaining a cohesive, on-brand point of view
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to take creative direction and collaborate effectively within a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
