As part of our small but ambitious Brand & Media team, you’ll play a hands-on role in extending our social reach, elevating our content offerings, and bringing editorial stories to life through motion. From concept to final render, you’ll design, animate, and edit assets that are visually compelling, on-brand, and made to resonate with a global audienceThe ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who thrives on independence and experimentation, blending design, motion graphics, and video editing to create content that both inspires and informsWhat You'll DoDesign compelling visuals and bring them to life through motionCreate GIFs, videos, templates for web, social, and other digital platformsProduce detailed visualizations and motion assets to support marketing and promotional initiativesTransform complex data into clear, engaging motion graphics that enhance storytellingHelp build and maintain a robust motion library to empower editors and the media teamUphold and evolve the brand identity, ensuring all creative output aligns with guidelines while identifying opportunities to refine and elevate the visual styleCollaborate cross-functionally with teammates to translate strategic objectives into impactful creative solutionsIncorporate feedback professionally, balancing creative vision with business needs to deliver polished, high-quality resultsManage multiple projects independently, setting and meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and design standardsStay current on design trends and tools, exploring new techniques and technologies to improve creative output and workflow efficiencyTackle unexpected challenges and projects with creativity and adaptabilityWhat You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who has:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent professional experience. )What Success Looks LikeAfter 3 months in this role, you will have:Collaborated seamlessly with Brand&Design teamEstablished an efficient production processContributed fresh creative ideasDemonstrated deep familiarity with our brand voice and visual identityWork Location & AuthorizationCandidates must have the legal right to work in the country where they reside or where this role is based without sponsorship.BenefitsRemote work flexibility and office stipendPaid time off (local holiday policies respected)Health and wellness benefits (varies by location)Flexible PTOWorking Hours & Time Zones: This role is open to candidates in the US.
