The person who is the right fit for this job will be warm and empathetic, positive and encouraging while holding themselves and their staff to the highest standards. We are looking for someone with a knowledge of craft cocktails and experience working in some capacity at a scratch bar. While some management or leadership experience is required, we are not opposed to speaking with someone who is just starting out in the world of management, assuming they are confident, accomplished, and ready to take on new challenges. We are also happy to speak with more seasoned managers, as long as they are enthusiastic and fresh, and ready for new projects.
