We're looking for someone who can consistently generate super-creative ideas that 'wow' our clients, and execute them to perfection, driving impactful results for our growing services.In this role, the Senior Graphic Designer will demonstrate ownership over their work. This position is client-facing; this individual will play a large role in "selling" ideas to clients: presenting their work, rationalizing how they got there, and explaining why the client should buy-in to their vision.Other things this role entailsFacilitating client "discovery" calls to learn about clients' organization, objectives, design preferences, and moreConducting high-level research to understand our clients' competitors / market from a design perspectiveLeading the creative concepting process to develop ideas for marketing campaignsLeading the creative execution process, working with Copy to create ads across a variety of digital platformsDesigning additional marketing collateral as needed, including emails, landing pages, social media graphics, and print adsEffectively "selling" work to clients with clear, compelling presentations that provide a creative rationale for design decisionsGuiding branding projects : recommending visual brand positioning (e.g. color, typography, and imagery), and designing logos, icons, and other brand assetsLeading by example in staying ahead of trends across the design and ad industries, ensuring the team benefits from the freshest perspectives and latest innovationsQualificationsAt least 5 years of professional design experience, with a special focus on creating visual assets and designs for digital marketing campaignsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, developing graphics, animations, videos, and multimedia elements for online platformsExperience tailoring designs for websites, social media, email marketing, and digital adsThe ability to collaborate with marketing teams and clients to conceptualize and execute creative strategiesThe ability to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness in the digital spaceA deep understanding of online user behavior and digital advertising platformsKnowledge of best practices for digital content creation to optimize campaign performanceStrong organizational and time / workload management abilities to work across multiple projects efficientlyStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skillsProven ability to "sell" ideas persuasively to clients, showcasing creative vision and strategic thinkingDemonstrated experience in offering and receiving feedback constructively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the teamAdditional Information Job classification : Salaried, exemptWork / environment Full-time remoteEqual Opportunity Employer The Digital Ring is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
