We're driven by creativity, community, and culture and we're looking for a designer who shares that energy.Role OverviewWe're seeking a full-time, in-person Graphic Designer to bring The Fort brand to life visually across print, digital, and on-site experiences. From flyers and signage to logos and pitch decks, you'll be the go-to creative resource for visually communicating who we are and what we stand for.This is a highly collaborative, hands-on design role that also includes light photo / video support and digital asset management. You'll report to the Marketing Director and work closely with all departments including events, pickleball, restaurant, and retail.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative ExecutionDesign and produce a wide range of assets including :Pitch decks and presentationsLogos, icons, and branding elementsEmail graphics, digital ads, and social contentMaintain brand consistency across all formats and channelsAssist in the creation of marketing templates in Canva for team-wide usePhoto & Video SupportCapture or edit visual content for marketing campaigns, events, and social mediaSupport video projects including storyboarding, light editing, and formatting for web / socialAsset ManagementHelp maintain and organize The Fort's digital asset library (DAM)Ensure all team members have access to the most up-to-date design templates, logos, and filesAssist in version control and proper file naming / organizationWork closely with marketing, events, programming, F&B, and leadership to fulfill creative needsTranslate ideas and requests into compelling visuals that serve strategic goalsWhat We're Looking For2–4 years of graphic design experienceProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Canva, Shopify Website and KeynoteStrong typography, layout, and branding skillsSome experience with photography and videography (even at a basic level)Detail-oriented with excellent file organization and version control habitsThrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBonus PointsMotion graphics or video editing experience (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)Experience designing for hospitality, sports, or lifestyle brandsKnowledge of printing processes and signage productionThis is a full-time, in-person role based at The Fort in Fort Lauderdale, FL.If you're a versatile, design-savvy creator who can take a project from idea to asset, we'd love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
