TRAINING MANAGER

They attach great importance to social and ecological responsibility as the basis for its business success. We have a new search for a Training Manager for 3 sites in NC and GA. Responsibilities: Researching, developing and implementing technical training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths Scheduling and facilitation of training sessions to minimize disruption to normal working Critically examining the trainees’ understanding and progress and making necessary adjustments to the program to include strategies, initiatives, and materials Coordination and monitoring enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate record of trainee progress and achievements while providing feedback to manager and supervisors to facilitate a successful training program Qualifications: Associates degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, Health and Safety or related field from an accredited university, or a combination of demonstrable experience, education, and training One to three (1-3) years of experience in training, Learning and Development programs, Onboarding and facilitation Prior Experience in creating, tracking and implementing a training program is preferred All Candidates must be able to provide work related references.
