Location: Kansas City, MO (Local candidates only) Schedule: Contract role, with in-office collaboration on Mondays Experience: 3–5 years Start Date: ASAP About Treasure Advertising Treasure is a fast-growing, Kansas City–based marketing agency specializing in commercial real estate and B2B brands. We move fast, we value creativity, and we’re obsessed with quality. You’ll help create polished, professional design assets across multiple formats—including presentations, RFP submissions, property brochures, aerial maps, campaign collateral, email marketing layouts, and more. What You’ll Work On 3–5 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house) Local to Kansas City with ability to be in-office on Mondays Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Canva experience Bonus: Familiarity with Figma Strong understanding of corporate/B2B design principles Ability to take direction while also bringing ideas and solutions Extremely detail-oriented (pixel-perfect is the standard here) Ability to “fill in the blanks” when client information is vague Excellent time management and communication skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
