We are a patient-centered office that is passionate about customer service while providing beautiful smiles in a high energy, fun atmosphere. New Patients: \- New patient calls \- Verifying insurance benefits \- Checking with the new patient’s dentist to see if they have any pending treatment \- Confirming appointments \- Welcoming new patients and giving office tours \- Taking photos with a DSLR camera, digital x-rays, and iTero scans \- Upload photos into Dolphin Imaging \- Assist doctor during new patient exam by charting findings \- Reviewing and discussing treatment recommendations \- Customizing payment arrangements and presenting fees \- Drafting treatment plan letters \- Following up with pending patients and tracking them on excel spreadsheets \- Virtual exams and consultations through video
