Trend-Driven Creative & Graphic Designer / Product Coordinator

This role will be responsible for helping create prints, graphics, collections, and product concepts that define the future of Caden Lane. If you're constantly saving inspiration, studying trends, and dreaming up the next collection before the current one launches, we'd love to meet you. Design original prints, patterns, graphics, and artwork for baby, toddler, nursery, and family collections Create seasonal collections, color stories, and family-matching product concepts Research emerging trends across children's apparel, interiors, lifestyle products, social media, retail, and fashion Build trend reports, mood boards, and inspiration decks that influence future product development Develop production-ready artwork and repeat patterns for manufacturing Collaborate with Product Development, Creative, and Marketing teams to bring collections from concept to launch Review strike-offs, color approvals, and samples to ensure design integrity throughout production Help identify new product opportunities, categories, and trends that align with the Caden Lane brand Maintain consistency across all prints and collections while continuing to evolve the brand aesthetic This role will have a direct impact on the future of the brand—from identifying emerging trends to creating products that become bestsellers. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Boerne, TX.
