Trophies and Awards Production Lead - Eureka Golf Products

Please submit your resume if interested Summary: • Eureka Golf Products, Inc. offers many custom-made golf trophies and awards, and this position is responsible for overseeing the personalized production needs. Many of EGP’s products require standard engraving techniques, while others necessitate creative graphic design solutions to incorporate customer- specific information and logos. • The Production Lead is responsible for handling the order production needs of Eureka Golf Products. This position is also tasked with operating and maintaining various engraving machines to add personalization to the customer orders, assisting with inventory control, and developing new products. Primary Duties: • Order Fullfillment o Utilize various PC software packages, including CorelDraw and Adobe Photoshop, to create proofs for personalized orders o Operate laser engravers, diamond tip engraver, UV printer, and sandblasting machinery to produce personalized items for customer orders o Complete light assembly of finished goods and apply personalization to products o Deliver finished orders to warehouse for packing and shipping • Inventory Control o Monitor inventory levels of products and materials in production room and place orders to replenish inventory • Receiving & Manufacturing o Receive products into inventory and complete quality inspections o Complete light assembly of products arriving from outside vendors o Pack products as necessary • Production Maintenance o Maintain a clean and safe workplace o Conduct preventive maintenance on all machinery o Prep production area by ensuring all materials and engraving plates are available for production runs o Assist with development of templates for new products • Complete administrative and other duties as assigned Requirements: Education and Experience: • Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination education and experience • Work experience in a trophy or awards company preferred Essential Skills: • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, CorelDraw, Photoshop are strongly preferred • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret customer orders • Ability to solve practical problems • Ability to work with limited supervision • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from manager, customers, and co-workers • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, including customer contracts Environment: • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and listen.
