True North Gear is hiring: Graphic Design Specialist in Seattle

As a creative thinker with a passion for design and storytelling you will work under the direction of marketing leadership to bring visual creativity and design to increase brand and product awareness to our customers and the marketplace. Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for design and production of assets; print and digital ads, presentations, webinar assets, media kits, sales slicks, catalogs, banners, business cards, letterhead, QR codes and more. • Assist team with developing engaging copy, as assigned. • Work with team photographer to initiate photography and videography content that highlights the brand and products. Education and Work Experience: • 6+ years experience in graphic design, storytelling, and creative ideation Software/Tools/Equipment Used: • Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Asana, BeePro, PowerPoint, AI platforms Knowledge and Skills: • Must be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Experience using Asana preferred • Outstanding creativity, an eye for detail, and the ability to tell a story that engages and excites • Highly proficient copywriting and editing skills are essential • Strong multitasking skills working with a variety of projects and deadlines • Strong ownership of projects and collaboration; communicate in a concise and friendly manner • Comfortably working in person and remotely Physical Demands • This is largely an office role; however, the position requires the ability to occasionally lift products, materials or office supplies up to 30 pounds.
