Typographic / Motion Design - Graphic Designer

We are seeking a high-energy, dedicated Graphic Designer passionate about visual communications, branding, and design. As part of the Brand Design team, the Graphic Designer will be integral in creating assets for a variety of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities • Work on projects including, but not limited to brand campaigns and cross channel digital marketing initiatives • Provide graphic design solutions to support for various marketing channels: in-app, dotcom, email, and paid media • With the guidance of Art Director and Creative Director, ideate and initiate new formats of content in response to performance reports and social media trends • Collaborate with animation team to complete graphics packages • Manage multiple projects, producing high-quality designs in a timely manner • Partner with Creative Director and Producer to create decks, and explore and develop logos, brand identity, and style guides for existing and upcoming initiatives • Maintain and update brand style guides and ensure brand consistency across assets • Receive and apply creative direction from Creative Director and Art Director for any given assignment Requirements • 4+ years of experience with Photoshop (compositing and retouching) • 4+ years of experience with Typographic Layouts • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to articulate design decisions with managers and colleagues Soft Skills • Perform work independently under minimal supervision • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic team player • Wide-ranging portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and solutions • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Passion for working in a collaborative team • Ability to present ideas clearly and thoughtfully • Time management and organizational skills • Knowledge of layouts, graphic design fundamentals, typography, print, and web • Experience with both print and digital media
