Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Web Product Design, Web Development or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in a related field, with at least 3 years specifically in user experience, interaction design, or product innovation within financial services. • Proven track record of contributing to the development of multiple shipped digital products. • Experience in cross-functional collaboration focused on delivering business value. • Familiarity with current UX research, theories, and methodologies, especially user-centered design processes, and an understanding of how human factors impact ROI and the product development lifecycle.
