UI/UX Designer

**Note : We need only W2 candidates**

**User Experience Design**

* Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability assessments.
* Analyze user journeys, workflows, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities.
* Create personas, journey maps, information architecture, and task flows.
* Define end-to-end user experiences aligned with business objectives.

**User Interface Design**

* Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
* Create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
* Develop and maintain design standards, style guides, and reusable design components.
* Ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.

**Collaboration & Delivery**

* Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and support product discovery activities.
* Translate business requirements into design specifications for development teams.
* Review implementations to ensure adherence to approved designs.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
* 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile applications.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI design work.
* Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
* Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and design systems.
* Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
