**Responsibilities**
* Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
* Create and optimize user flows and journeys
* Maintain and evolve design systems
* Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams
* Prepare assets and documentation for developer handoff
* Conduct light UX research to validate design decisions
* Improve existing digital experiences
* Manage tasks using ticket management tools
* Apply UI/UX best practices in design solutions
* Participate in design reviews and team discussions
* Ensure visual consistency across product and web
**Requirements**
* Experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
* Updated portfolio with digital design projects
* Strong knowledge of design tools
* Experience creating wireframes and prototypes
* Experience working with design systems
* Understanding of user-centered design processes
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
