Assignment duration: Ongoing long-term contract with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs Hybrid Work Schedule (Non-Negotiable): There is no remote-only option Required onsite days- Tuesdays and Wednesdays Remote eligible days- Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays The resource must meet these requirements from the beginning Candidates must be local to the Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission. Responsible for understanding project scope and working with the project team to ensure understanding of the requirements, functionality, size, scalability, and usability of the IT solution within the objectives set for the project. Conducts user interviews, research, observations and testing as needed throughout the course of the project. Leads the overall visual design, usability and accessibility of the product. Serves as an advocate for the end user of the product, consistently working to improve the overall design and usability of the delivered product, as the budget allows.
