Uncle Arnie's, a fast-growing lifestyle brand in the beverage industry, is looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You'll work closely with marketing and production teams, contributing directly to our in-market presence and e-commerce growth.What You'll Do:Design & Innovate: Create best-in-class designs for packaging, web, social media, in-store signage, sell sheets, and other marketing collateral.Translate & Execute: Transform creative briefs into compelling visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and strategic business goals.Collaborate & Lead: Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agencies, and third-party partners.Manage Projects: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, including quick-turnaround assignments, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Refine & Deliver: Implement design changes based on feedback, ensuring accuracy and quality before final submission.Problem Solve: Exercise independent judgment to make definitive design choices and solve creative challenges.Communicate: Effectively articulate design rationale to internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.Stay Current: Keep up with emerging design and industry trends to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.Social Media Support: Assist in curating and posting content on our Meta social media feeds.What You'll Bring:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency), with a strong portfolio showcasing retail marketing and packaging expertise.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
