WHAT YOU'LL DO Residential duties include: The role will include a significant amount of interior design ideation and execution, including shopping for home items and furniture, and working with architects and contractors to help create a vision for a modern-yet-charming 2,700 sq. ft. home. In the coming year, the entire house will be renovated/redesigned. • Simple meal preparation • Data entry and compilation • Creating and following a detailed home maintenance guide • Basic chores including laundry, dishes, making beds, general tidying, and light cleaning • Hiring and supervising the housecleaners, gardeners, and other vendors • Occasional holiday decorating, as needed Professional duties include: • Marketing tasks include graphic design and data entry and compilation • Engaging with media and other stakeholders in various cities on behalf of the CEO • Managing multiple calendars/email accounts and ensuring smooth scheduling and quick replies • Participating in the ideation of decoration, furniture, and design for a new healthcare clinics being built across the west coast. • Experience providing general administrative support preferred • Interest and availability to work in office and residential environments JOB DETAILS • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday • Must be fully vaccinated from COVID-19 • Experience: This is a suitable role for someone looking to expand their existing skillset with more business- related work, or for those looking an “easier home” with only a busy single professional.
