SUMMARY: Bob Jones University School of Fine Arts and Communication seeks a graphic and digital design adjunct instructor with web and UX experience. Successful candidates must have the ability to teach a variety of graphic design courses from a biblical worldview in addition to performing service duties as needed within the department, division, or academic school. Master's degree with 18 hours in graphic design preferred; MFA degree preferred Teaching and professional experience preferred Evidence of ability to teach graphic design courses Relevant professional experience in graphic design Demonstrated commitment to biblical worldview through teaching, curriculum development, and/or service Excellent written and oral communication skills in the classroom and interpersonally with students and peers Demonstrate organizational abilities in teaching and classroom management Ability to work as part of a team Proficiency in Creative Cloud applications; Adobe Creative Suite, Macintosh Applications, Microsoft Word, Figma, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator Effective teaching and assessment skills Good organizational skills Experience teaching in higher education preferred Occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
