What are you leaving behind?UNRL is seeking a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and excited to work with others to drive brand awareness and maintain brand consistency.Responsibilities:Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all marketing collateral and channels.Create visually appealing and engaging graphic assets for various marketing channels including social media, email newsletters, website, retail signage, presentations, packaging, internal print materials, and more.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives.Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com to manage and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery.Communicate project timelines and updates effectively to team members.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually improve creative output.Design product packaging and collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with brand vision.Create seasonal retail catalogs and custom partner catalogs that showcase products while maintaining brand consistency.Embrace an agile work approach, quickly adapting to shifting priorities and feedback.Work closely with marketing and sales teams to provide design support for various promotional materials.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the apparel, lifestyle, or sports industries.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across multiple platforms.Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or Trello).Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Passion for sports, lifestyle, and performance apparel.Photography and/or video editing skills are a plus.The starting salary for this full-time position is between $65,000 and $85,000, based on qualifications. However, there is a broader salary range that allows for future growth and advancement. Salary levels are determined by factors such as the role, experience level, and job location.
