Upscale Dispensary looking for an Inventory Assistant

We are un upscale dispensary located in Sherman Oaks, looking for a superstar to join our team! Inventory Specialist works closely with the Inventory Manager, Buyer, Assistant Buyer & other Specialists to ensure all products are correctly entered in the POS, labeled, restocked, organized, and the menu stays updated. Inventory specialists restock shelves daily – make sure the floor is fully stocked, products are correctly labeled, and pricing is correct; keep the displays and floor organized and be on the lookout for new ways to display/organize products. ● Oversees staff for stickering of products ● Check stock & restocks sales floor everyday, multiple times a day ● Prioritizing displays of products on the floor & their organization on the floor ● Keeping all backstock of product stocked in drawers ● Helps come up with new ideas & efficiencies ● Transfers & Reconciling of products ● Checks in deliveries & go over with drivers, get new Product to the floor quickly by following SOPs ● Bring new products to Graphic Design team to get pictures for online menu Update product descriptions & thc % ● Eventually grow to create Purchase orders, and pay out delivery drivers cash payments. ● Keeps tabs on Menu availability & Weedmaps verification ● Unpacks and stores new deliveries in appropriate areas after they are received ○ Make sure deliveries get transferred from Receiving to Backstock ● Follows Cannabis Waste Protocol ● Keeping Stockroom and Floor Organized Skills ● Organized & Punctual ● Adaptability ● Able to give and take direction from multiple people ● Receptive of constructive criticism ● Able to deliver Feedback to help with efficiency, delivering feedback to Buyer or Asst.
