URBN Junior Graphic Designer

Role Summary The URBN Community team is looking for a highly motivated, creative thinker for the role of Junior Graphic Designer. The Junior Designer is... responsible assisting in the creation, development, preparation, and execution of a wide variety of creative projects primarily for our internal community of creative thinkers and problem solvers. Role Responsibilities • Work with Shared Service Creative Director to develop and maintain URBN brand standards, organization, and cohesion • Create visual assets for URBN communications channels including emails, web, print, social media, etc. Role Qualifications • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail • Ability to problem solve and follow art direction • Excellent typography knowledge and skills • Working knowledge of Apple, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite (Figma, animation and digital photography skills are a plus) • Creative thinker with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Relationship builder: ability to collaborate with many different personality types • Team player who is willing to provide assistance whenever and wherever needed • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field • 1-2 years graphic design experience in a professional work environment
