• Provides support to the Utilities Engineering Division Manager and the Assistant Director in the development and management of the engineering and construction of the City's utility systems. • Manages the engineering support for the asset management program for water, wastewater, and reclaimed water infrastructure, including both linear and vertical assets in the city’s utility system. • Assists the Utilities Engineering Division Manager in the creation and review of City ordinances, resolutions, reports and presentations. • Knowledge of utility engineering and construction practices and water and wastewater utilities procedures. All employees are subject to recall around the clock for emergency response operations, which may require irregular work hours, work at locations other than the normal work location, and may include duties other than those specified in the employee's official job description.
