We are currently seeking a **Mid Level** **UX UI Designer.**

**Job Summary**

Join **Growth Technology** as a **UX/UI Designer**, where creativity meets innovation. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to craft visually appealing and user-centric designs for diverse digital products. Work collaboratively with developers and product owners to contribute to the visual and interactive aspects of our projects.

**Responsibilities**

**UX/UI Design**

* Create user-centric designs for web, mobile, and tablet applications.
* Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively convey design concepts.
* Contribute to intuitive user experiences through active participation in design discussions and ideation sessions.
* Maintain design guidelines for project consistency.
* Participate in user research for valuable insights.
* Apply design principles to create cohesive user interfaces.
* Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

**Collaboration**

* Work closely with developers to integrate design seamlessly.
* Collaborate with product owners for new features and enhancements.
* Refine design concepts with the Creative Director.
* Actively address design-related issues with QA testers.

**Adaptability**

* Navigate changing project requirements with ease.
* Multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Foster open communication within cross-functional teams, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to share progress, challenges, and insights.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
* 2–5 years of UX/UI design experience.
* Proficient in Figma, InDesign, and most Adobe Creative Suite.
* Video/Photo Editing is a plus.
* Decent portfolio showcasing previous work.
* Familiarity with design systems and responsive design principles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Eager to learn and thrive in an agile environment.
