We’re looking for a UX/UI & Digital Designer who can bridge strategy, design, and user experience to create intuitive, high-performing digital products. This role will lead the design of websites, while also flexing across other digital channels as needed. Collaboration & Handoff • Partner with developers to ensure seamless design implementation • Prepare and organize design files for efficient handoff (component libraries, specs, states) • Participate in internal reviews and client presentations, articulating design rationale clearly • QA of builds Digital Design • 2-5+ years of experience in UX/UI or web design (agency experience preferred) • Strong portfolio showcasing website design, UX thinking, and problem-solving • Proficiency in Figma (including components, prototyping, and design systems) • Solid understanding of responsive design, UX best practices, and accessibility standards • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic front-end principles (HTML/CSS understanding is a plus) • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience in Asana and Slack a plus
