Qualifications/Skills: • Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals • Clear understanding between demands and needs of an ecommerce vs lead gen business model • Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch • Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography • Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats • Awareness of UI/UX principles is a plus • Familiarity with digital photo editing • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google G Suite Apps • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy • Work with copywriters to produce a final design • Opportunity to spend 10% of work time on self-directed projects/experiments/etc.
