Benefits: • Company parties • Competitive salary • Employee discounts • Paid time off • Training & development About Us: We are seeking a Vehicle Disassembly & Prep Technician who will be responsible for carefully disassembling and reassembling customer vehicles in preparation for wrap installations. You will also assist with prep work like vehicle cleaning and alcohol wipe-downs. Key Responsibilities: • Disassemble and reassemble vehicles before and after wrap installations • Carefully remove components such as bumpers, mirrors, door handles, lights, etc. • Perform vehicle prep including thorough washing and alcohol cleaning • Ensure all parts are safely handled and stored during disassembly • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Communicate effectively with the wrap team to ensure deadlines are met • Occasionally assist with other tasks related to vehicle prep or shop organization • Drive customer or company vehicles safely when needed Qualifications: • Previous experience in automotive disassembly/reassembly is preferred • Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality • Excellent attention to detail and a cautious, steady hand • Must be able to work under pressure and manage time effectively • Reliable, consistent, and organized • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment What We’re Looking For: • Someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and works with finesse • A team player who communicates well and follows directions • Physically able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods • A self-starter who can stay on task without constant supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
