Full-Time Vehicle Wrap Designer & CSR / Production Support - In-Person | Lancaster, PAAbout the Role: Fleet Graphix is hiring a hardworking, experienced, and career-driven Graphic Designer & Customer Service Rep (CSR) who's excited to do more than just sit at a desk. On slower days or when help is needed, you'll support the shop with print production tasks, light install work, or vehicle prep. We're a small, growing team-and we need someone who takes initiative, supports others, and wants to grow with us.What You'll Do:Act as the client-facing lead-answering calls, texts, emails, and walking customers through our graphics process Quote jobs and track them using ShopVOX CRM-log notes, follow up, take deposits, and close out invoices Create production-ready wrap files using Adobe Illustrator and real-world vehicle templates Format files for print/plot using prepress best practices: scaling, paneling, bleeds, cut paths, resolution, and color management Send proofs to clients, revise designs, and communicate clearly to keep jobs moving Support in-house production: prep vehicles, organize print files, assist in printing, and even help with installs when needed Collaborate with our lead installer and internal team to meet timelines and deliver top-notch results Be a reliable, go-to team player across design, client service, and production when required What We're Looking For:2+ years of wrap design and prepress experience, including real use of wrap templates and paneling/layout workflows Experience preparing and sending large format jobs to printers/plotters (Roland preferred but not required) Confident using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and vector-based layout tools Great client communication skills-comfortable texting, calling, and emailing clients Experience quoting jobs and managing workflow in ShopVOX or similar CRM a big plus Comfortable working hands-on when needed-supporting print production, vehicle prep, and light installs Self-starter attitude-you take initiative, ask smart questions, and figure things out Full-time, in-person availability in Lancaster, PA What You'll Get:A career-growth position in a creative shop where your work hits the road daily Chance to grow into leadership as the graphics division scales Exposure to all sides of vehicle graphics-from quoting to install A close-knit team where your input is valued and your role evolves with you Competitive pay, hands-on training, and real-world design resultsAbout Fleet Graphix: Fleet Graphix is a growing in-house graphics and branding team under OTC Fleet Services, specializing in vehicle wraps, decals, and fleet identity for small businesses and regional fleets.
