* 5-7 years of graphic design experience in an in-house marketing team, agency, or similar environment. * Strong communication skills and comfort presenting design rationale and receiving feedback. * Comfort working in a remote or hybrid environment (clear written communication, self-management, and collaboration using tools like Teams/Slack and project trackers). * Advanced presentation and document design skills (PowerPoint layout systems, proposal/whitepaper formatting, and strong typography).
