Full-time regular employes are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays, Short- and Long-term disability, life insurance, 7% match dollar for dollar 401(k), voluntary programs, discount programs, others.ResponsibilitiesBranding and Design: Ensure and enable design projects created within corporate marketing, donor marketing, or by approved third parties, convey our mission, position us appropriately and communicate key messages and goals clearly. * Contributes to marketing campaign ideation, collateral and asset development where needed; online and offline, in print, digital and email * Develops and enhances fresh, engaging and relevant visual content across all brand channels to target audience to acquire, retain and deepen relationships * Creation of branded templates for segment use * Contributes to management and maintenance of design assets and projects in shared file server in a clear and understandable way for ease of access by corporate marketing design team * Concept to fulfillment of original, on-brand: offline marketing design projectsVENDOR MANAGEMENT SUPPORT * Coordinate with Supervisor, Creative Services to identify and schedule internal and external resources and vendors to meet project goals * Coordinate with Supervisor, Creative Services to ensure new and existing vendors meet organizational requirements, are in vendor management systems * Coordinate timely fulfillment and delivery of projectsIs always compliant with Versiti brand and regulatory requirements and guidelinesKeeps current with relevant emerging design technologies and trendsDevelop and maintain positive, productive relationships with cross-departmental teamsCoordinate and implement marketing projects as assigned within specific timeframesRepresents Versiti and department at designated meetingsMaintains required records, reports and files as pertains to areas of responsibilityParticipates in professional education to keep up to date on relevant developments in the fieldBuild relationships with local stakeholders to collaborate and deliver on expectationsPerforms other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classificationUnderstands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirementsComplies with all standard operating policies and proceduresQualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in design field preferred with approved portfolio of work requiredAssociate's Degree with exceptional portfolio and relevant experience requiredExperience1-3 years in design, creative asset and logistics coordination, and project management requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesDemonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives into actionable and measurable creative briefs requiredExpert in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office requiredDemonstrated ability to report on project status, deliverables and results requiredCore graphic design and understanding of page layout and environmental composition requiredConceptualize, design and execute engaging creative concepts: photography, content, layout (graphics, animation, etc.)
