Prepare and package production-ready files for vendors, printers, and development partnersCreate assets for e-commerce, social, email, retail, and internal communicationsAssist with layout updates, resizes, adaptations, and other production tasksHelp ensure design consistency and accuracy across all brand touchpointsMaintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assetsWork within established brand guidelines while bringing a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to executionCollaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, digital, retail, and wholesale) to fulfill creative requestsParticipate in creative reviews and team brainstormsStay current with trends in branding, design tools, and production processesSupport broader creative initiatives, including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and eventsQualifications and RequirementsStrong layout, typography, and composition skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopA keen eye for detail, consistency, and design precisionUnderstanding of file setup and print production standardsAbility to follow creative direction while managing multiple tasks and prioritiesOrganizational skills for maintaining clean file structures and asset librariesStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesAn interest in brand storytelling and how visual systems build connection and loyaltyWillingness to take direction, ask questions, and grow from feedbackBasic motion or photo editing skills are a plus (e.g., After Effects, Lightroom)13 years of professional design or production experience, agency or in-house preferredStrong portfolio that demonstrates production design skills and creative rangeFamiliarity with digital asset formats, resolution requirements, and version controlKnowledge of preparing and exporting files for web, social, and printExcellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in a team-oriented environment and navigating feedback loopsCoffee knowledge or passion is a plus!Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experienceBenefits and CompensationAvailable to all employeesCompetitive Hourly wageEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) - Physical and mental health, financial and legal coaching available at no cost to the employee Free coffee with every paycheck and 30% employee discount on all merchandise, whole bean, beverages, and food itemsMentorship and positive work environmentPaid sick timeAfter 60 days of employmentHealthcare Benefits (for full-time employees working over 30 hours per week) including medical, dental, vision and 401kHoliday Pay after 90 days of employment.
