Why You Belong Here Your Role Lead the seasonal concepting and execution of apparel graphics, ensuring alignment with brand vision, trend direction, and business strategy Oversee the end-to-end design process—from ideation and prototyping to final execution—across all graphic categories Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production to ensure timely and cohesive execution Present seasonal graphic concepts and strategies to leadership and cross-functional partners with a clear, compelling point of view Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging graphic, fashion, and cultural trends to inform and evolve the brand aesthetic Collaborate with technical graphics and production teams to ensure design feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness Support innovation in graphic techniques, materials, and processes in partnership with development and technology teams Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, or related field 8–10+ years of experience in apparel graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in apparel graphics, brand storytelling, and trend translation Deep knowledge of graphic techniques, print processes, and apparel construction Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team in a fast-paced environment
