Video Editor and Graphic Designer

About the Role Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in video editing (agency, marketing, or political experience preferred) • 2+ years of experience in graphic design • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator strongly preferred • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team • Comfort working with conservative political clients and campaigns • Familiarity with digital advertising best practices and performance-driven creative • Experience working with templated or high-volume creative workflows
